Plaintiff, Linda Williams, sued the City of Mansfield for injuries she received when she stepped into a hole while walking across a ditch. At the close of plaintiffs case, the trial court granted defendants motion for directed verdict (the proper motion in a case tried by the court is one for involuntary dismissal per La. C.C.P. art. 1672B). For the following reasons, we affirm.
